Rick Games, President/COO of the Elizabethtown/Hardin County Industrial Foundation was honored to be in attendance at the Kentucky Japanese Business Reception held at the Governor’s Mansion in Frankfort, KY on July 6, 2015.  Secretary Larry Hayes, Cabinet for Economic Development and Governor Steve Beshear were guest speakers along with Consul-General Masami Kinefuchi.
Kentucky’s former Honorary Consul of Japan Governor Martha Layne Collins and newly appointed Honorary Consul David Carpenter were also recognized.
