Kentucky United Existing Business Luncheon
Kentucky United recently sponsored an Existing Business Luncheon with companies in the Detroit Area that have facilities throughout Kentucky. The Luncheon was held in Southfield, Michigan. Several economic development professionals were in attendance including Lt. Governor, Jerry Abramson and KCED Secretary Larry Hayes. Rick Games, President of the Elizabethtown/Hardin County Industrial Foundation was also in attendance as a representative of the I-65 Alliance, a Chairman’s Level Partner of Kentucky United.
Companies with facilities in Elizabethtown that were represented were Metalsa and Akebono Brake.
Kentucky United is a public-private partnership of state, local and regional economic development organizations which was formed to market Kentucky’s business advantages to site location consultants and companies interested in siting a new location, expansion or relocation.
