April Manufacturer of the Month: Fischbach
Elizabethtown and Hardin County are home to many manufacturers that are innovative leaders in their industries as well as vital contributors to our region’s economy. EHCIF’s Manufacturer of the Month is an opportunity to recognize these companies and to increase awareness of the manufacturing activity happening every day right here in the Elizabethtown area.
Fischbach manufactures cartridges for caulks, sealants and adhesives. Operating globally, the company guarantees the 
highest quality cartridges systems on the market.
Headquartered in Germany, Fischbach opened its Elizabethtown facility and established U.S. operations in 1993, creating about 20 jobs. Fischbach has since grown to employee more than 100 in Elizabethtown. Further, the company completed a facility expansion last year.
In March, the Elizabethtown-Hardin County Industrial Foundation was honored to join Fischbach leadership and staff as well as community leaders to celebrate the facility’s 25th anniversary and the success the company has enjoyed since becoming a part of the local community.
Fischbach also is recognized as a strong corporate citizen in the Elizabethtown and Hardin County community. The company and its employees provide valuable support to the area’s nonprofit community and the company is active in workforce development efforts.
