EHCIF honored with Chamber Hall of Fame Award

The Elizabethtown-Hardin County Industrial Foundation was honored with the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce’s 2017 Chamber Hall of Fame Award on Wednesday.
The award recognizes the long-term contributions to the Hardin County economy and community and is awarded to an individual or organization that has been operating in the Hardin County market for at least 10 years.
For more than 60 years, EHCIF has been dedicated to a straightforward and powerful mission – create Jobs.
Decades ago, our visionary founders welcomed industries like Dow Corning and Gates Corporation to Elizabethtown. Later, they helped establish the city’s industrial parks. Today, we are proud to continue to help new industries make Hardin County home and to help our existing industries grow.
We also are fortunate to work hand-in-hand with many community partners, including the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce, to position Hardin County for an even brighter future.
