May Manufacturer of the Month: Enprotech Industrial Technologies

Elizabethtown and Hardin County are home to many manufacturers that are innovative leaders in their industries as well as vital contributors to our region’s economy. EHCIF’s Manufacturer of the Month is an opportunity to recognize these companies and to increase awareness of the manufacturing activity happening every day right here in the Elizabethtown area.
Inside Enprotech Industrial Technologies, located on Peterson Drive in Elizabethtown, you’ll find the problem solvers of the stamping and forging industries.
With a staff of about 50, including mechanics, engineers, field personnel and others, Enprotech repairs, rebuilds and modernizes heavy duty machinery and components.
While most people will never see the products serviced, built and sold by Enprotech, the company’s impact on everyday life is clear. The majority of Enprotech’s customers are in the automotive and appliance industries, meaning the machines used to stamp metal parts for your vehicle or kitchen appliances may have been repaired or built by Enprotech.
Enprotech is one of the largest press repair companies in the U.S., and the Peterson Drive location—one of four Enprotech plants in the U.S.—generally serves the southeastern United States.
Enprotech became a part of the Elizabethtown community in August 1981. The company is recognized as a strong contributor to the area’s thriving manufacturing sector, as it has not only grown its staff, but has made significant facility and equipment investments at the Elizabethtown location.
