At the July meeting of the Elizabethtown/Hardin County Industrial Foundation, Vice-Chairman Greg Pawley recognized Mickey Miller for his 18 years of service as a member of the  EHCIF Board of Directors.  Miller is the President and CEO of  Nolin Rural Electric Cooperative.
